2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number through our contact form, by calling our business number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call, you agree to receive SMS text messages from LabQCPro LLC related to your service request.

Message Content: Messages may include demo scheduling and confirmations, hardware installation and service appointment scheduling, onboarding communication, account and subscription notifications, missed-call follow-ups, technician dispatch and arrival updates, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and occasional product or compliance update reminders.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive several messages over the course of an active service inquiry.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. LabQCPro LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications unless you opt in again.
